The cinnamon-raisin challah loaf is an off-shoot of our classic challah loaf. The additon of raisins and cinnamon in the dough makes it wonderfully flavorful. It’s great for snacking on its own. It’s soft and tender with large amount of eggs and egg yolks in the dough.
