This is our ode to the malunggay pan de sal that once was ubiquitous all over the Philippines. Our version is sourdough loaf boosted with a heatlhy dose of malunggay leaves.
Ingredients: bread flour, water, fresh blended malunggay leaves, parmesan, whole wheat flour, salt, and rice flour (for dusting).
