Soft-Crusted Sourdough

Soft, chewy and tangy. Can be used for most sandwich applications. Makes excellent grilled cheese sandwich. Also very good toasted and smeared with butter.

Bread flour, whole wheat flour, water, salt, egg (for egg wash), vegetable oil (for greasing pan)
