Multigrain Sourdough

The variety of grains add flavor, making the loaf more delicious and healthier. The loaf consists of grains high in fiber: flax seeds, flaked wheat, kibbled barley, soya grits, flaked barley, oatmeal, corn grits, kibbled rye, kibbled soya beans, and millet.

Ingredients: Bread flour, whole wheat flour, water, multigrain mix, salt, oatmeal (for coating)
